Tina had specialized in Black and Yellow Labs and now the Best Color–CHOCOLATE!. She has brought over 200 puppies into the world and found families for them throughout the Northeast. Pat has always specialized in Chocolate Labs and has been quite successful in producing over 150 beautiful pets with pure Chocolate coats. As Cobble Creek we have raised and placed over 40 puppies with wonderful families.

Our puppies become wonderful family dogs with great personalities. Cobble Creek is a small, high quality, home-based breeding program that specializes in puppies that are first generation of Grand Champion or Champion show dogs. Our dogs demonstrate the intelligence and sweet dispositions of Labradors of the highest lineage. We currently are breeding 3 females who are home raised pets with great English Lab structure and personalities. All of our Girls are Grand Champion sired. We collaborate with Champion stud owners in the Northeast, Midwest and Colorado.

The health of our dogs and the puppies we breed is a paramount goal for us and our Sires and Dams are all cleared with appropriate X-Rays and Embark genetic testing. We do all of our breeding with the Theriogenology program at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. We provide an extensive health guarantee, too.

We are located on beautiful Otisco Lake in the NYS Finger Lakes region and our dogs are quickly accustomed to water sports as their favorite exercise.

Yet, their favorite activity is to cuddle up with you!!!
